Verified Ratings and Reviews Publishing Program
Read below to understand how our feedback is collected, and how we moderate what will and will not be published.
Why publish reviews?
We are proud of the work we do with our clients and the trust that we earn every day by putting our clients' needs and goals first. We've chosen to embrace the feedback that we receive from our clients, use that feedback to constantly improve, and share the feedback with the broader community. One intended benefit is to help individuals in search of a new wealth advisor relationship to gain insight into the experiences our clients have had working with us.
Verified Reviews - Collecting Feedback:
Clients who meet our criteria (please see exclusion criteria below) are given the opportunity to periodically provide feedback via an email feedback request. Only current clients are surveyed, and they are not offered any compensation for their feedback. There are no known material conflicts of interest with any respondent. Each rating/review represents only that client's experience, and each client's experience may not be representative of other clients' experiences. Any client's experiences are no guarantee of future performance.
Ratings - All ratings are included in the calculation of our average rating. Regardless of the comments/reviews from a given survey, the quantitative rating is included in the overall average rating that is displayed on our website. In other words, 100% of survey responses are included when calculating the overall average rating that we display on our website, and ratings are automatically updated when new survey responses are processed.
Reviews/Comments - We are committed to publishing client feedback, regardless of sentiment. In other words, we will not "cherry pick" only favorable reviews. However, for several reasons, some free-form comments may not be suitable to publish on our website. All comments are reviewed against our exclusion criteria, and unsuitable comments are not published. These testimonials may not be representative of the experience of other customers, and they offer no guarantee of future performance or success.
