Josh joined Homrich Berg in October 2018. He attended the University of Richmond where he graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor’s degree in Urban practice & Policy and a minor in Business & Communications. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. Prior to Homrich Berg, Josh spent two and half years working as a financial advisor for Merrill Lynch Wealth Management with his primary roles being a team planner and marketing strategist.
Before entering the financial services industry, Josh enjoyed a six-year career in the NFL. His primary contributions were made as a running back and special teams player for the Carolina Panthers (2010-2012) and Atlanta Falcons (2012-2014). He also spent time working in the NFL front office as a scout for the Detroit Lions.
In his spare time, Josh enjoys sports, being involved in his local church, volunteering with young athletes and high school students, and spending time with his wife and two sons.
