Jarrod is a tenured advisor who fosters confidence in your financial freedom. He believes that your advisor relationship shouldn’t be transactional; finances are deeply personal, so he takes care to offer a holistic approach tailored to your current situation and long-term goals. Jarrod and his team specialize in keeping complex situations digestible and discussions conversational. With a decade of expertise, he has advised a wide breadth of client relationships, including experience supporting clients who are widowed, newly divorced, of blended families, or who have family members with disabilities.
Jarrod joined Homrich Berg in January 2016. He attended Virginia Tech, where he earned his Bachelor’s in Applied Economic Management with a focus in Financial Planning and a minor in Business. Formerly a member of the Financial Planning Association of Georgia Board of Directors, he is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and a certified Behavioral Financial Advisor™.
In his free time, Jarrod enjoys writing and playing music as a proud college a cappella alumni, playing golf and tennis, reading history novels, and increasing his indoor and outdoor plant collection. When he’s out of office, you’ll likely find Jarrod exploring vineyards around the world with his wife as they expand their wine collection (and hopefully pursue the Certified Sommelier designation).
