Chris originally joined the firm in October 2006. He attended Wake Forest University, graduating in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in business and a minor in international studies. He completed the Executive Program for Financial Planning Certification at the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business in 2008 and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. He is also a past Board Member of the Georgia chapter of the Financial Planning Association.
Chris is an associate member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants – Personal Financial Planning Section, and is also a co-founding member of the Young Advisers Network within the AICPA-PFP Section. Chris is also a 2016 graduate of the Schwab Executive Leadership Program.
In his free time, Chris is an active member of the Marist School alumni association, serving on the Service and Spirituality committee on the alumni board. He is also a trustee of the Cherokee Employee Scholarship Foundation (“CESF”).
He is an accomplished pianist and enjoys golf, traveling, and spending time with his wife Meredith and four children, William, Amelia, Leighton, and Wells (and Bernese Mountain dog Finn!).
