Molly Guenther, CFP®, CFA

Molly joined Homrich Berg in March 2025 as a Managing Director. She works with her clients to help them achieve their long-term goals through financial planning, investing and strategic estate planning.

Before joining HB, Molly spent eight years with Buffington Mohr McNeal in Boise, Idaho as an Investment Strategist. She spent time at Montag Wealth Management and SunTrust Banks in Atlanta, GA prior to moving to Idaho.

Molly is a member of the Rotary Club of Boise and serves on the Finance Committee for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Idaho. She was honored for Excellence in Finance by the Idaho Business Review in 2022.

Molly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Georgia Institute of Technology. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. Molly is a member of the CFA Society of Atlanta.

Molly enjoys running, biking, watching baseball and spending time with family and friends.

April Jones

April joined Homrich Berg in 2008 and is currently a Senior Manager with the firm. In this role, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the office, managing a team of Administrative Specialists to ensure smooth office relations and efficient business operations. While April has extensive experience in event management, having led the planning and execution of client events for over 15 years, she now focuses on optimizing internal processes and fostering a collaborative office environment. Her problem-solving skills and adaptability continue to be valuable assets in both office management and team leadership.

April holds a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and is a member of the VCU Atlanta Alumni Chapter. She graduated from the HB EMERGE Leadership Program in 2023, a program designed to provide leadership training and empower individuals to become successful leaders. She has been a member of the Junior League of Atlanta and served on the Executive Committee of the American Diabetes Association Atlanta Step Out Walk for several years. Additionally, April was an ambassador for the Georgia Alliance of Early Education for Ready Students (GEEARS), advocating for the importance of quality-rated early childhood education in the metro Atlanta area.

In her free time, April enjoys spending quality time with her family and attending concerts.

Kathy Malkowski

Kathy joined Homrich Berg in 2022 and serves as the firm’s Executive Recruiter.  Kathy has lived in the Atlanta area for 17 years and received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration from DePauw University.  Kathy is a results-oriented Talent Acquisition professional with over 17 years’ experience and a proven track record of success, focused on building relationships and positive rapport with internal and external clients at all levels.

In her free time, Kathy enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Jennifer Bachelor, CFP®

Jennifer is an experienced Senior Associate at Homrich Berg who began her career in 1999 at G.W. Henssler & Associates, an independent wealth management firm in Atlanta where she earned her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification. In 2006, Jennifer joined Compass Financial Consulting, a fiduciary fee-only wealth management firm that merged with HB in January 2018. She is a graduate of Kennesaw State University where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance as well as a degree in Marketing.

Jennifer lives in Acworth with her four dogs. She enjoys volunteering for Southeastern Greyhound Adoption and Road Trip Home Animal Rescue. She also loves to travel with her boyfriend.

Gavron Campbell, CFP®

Gavron joined Homrich Berg in July 2022 and is currently a Senior Associate in the HB Family Office practice. She is responsible for developing comprehensive financial and investment strategies for clients. Gavron is also involved with the HB internal retirement planning team where she assists HB advisors and clients on nuanced questions. She is always looking for new ways to learn and grow within her role.

She graduated from Washington & Lee University where she served three years on the Executive Committee (Honor Council/Class Officers), with one year as Vice President for the undergraduate and law school. Gavron earned her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in July 2024.

In her free time, she enjoys staying active alongside friends and family. This may entail going for a hike or participating in a wide variety of sports including soccer, swimming, yoga, tennis, and pickleball.

Kelsey Waite

Kelsey joined Homrich Berg in August 2014 and is currently a Senior Manager within Client Service Operations. She works with the client service teams to assist with fulfilling client needs, money movement, account paperwork, and meeting preparations. Kelsey is also on the Women’s Leadership Network at HB.

Before working at HB, Kelsey worked at PNC Bank as a Universal Branch Consultant assisting clients with their personal banking needs while working with a team of bank partners.

Kelsey enjoys volunteering in the community and spending time with family and friends. She is also a world traveler and an avid Detroit Lions fan.

Timothy M. Tallach, J.D., CPA

Tim joined Homrich Berg as Director of Advanced Tax Planning and Family Office Services in January 2025. He will focus on the development, delivery and continuous refinement of the firm’s holistic wealth advisory and family office solutions. As a subject matter specialist collaborating throughout HB’s footprint, he is responsible for strengthening our advisor community through professional collaboration, leveraging best practices, and developing and supporting bespoke planning solutions to meet the diverse and unique needs of HB Family Office client families.

Before joining HB, Tim founded and led both the Pathstone and GenSpring Family Office national Wealth Advisory Centers, where he was responsible for the firm-wide development, delivery, and support of all Family Office client solutions. Throughout those tenures, he held numerous leadership roles, including serving on both organization’s Senior Leadership Teams, on GenSpring’s Board of Directors, as its Chief Fiduciary Officer, and as a Board Member of its affiliated SunTrust Delaware Trust and Teton Trust Companies.

He launched his career as a tax professional with Arthur Andersen, LLP, serving on its U.S. Product Development and Family Wealth Planning specialty teams. There, he worked in the design, development, and implementation of proprietary financial products and tax strategies for affluent private clients and family offices.

Tim graduated magna cum laude from Centenary College with a B.S. in Accounting and Business and earned his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law. He is a licensed attorney, Certified Public Accountant and has held several securities and life insurance-related licenses and certifications. He is a long-time member of the American Bar Association, serving on multiple tax and estate planning sub-committees. He has authored and edited articles and spoken on numerous wealth and tax advisory topics throughout his career.

Tim and his wife reside in Smyrna, Georgia, where they are actively involved in youth sports, scouting, church, and school activities in support of their three children. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, traveling, and fishing, and is an avid collegiate and professional sports fan.

Charles Bullock

Prior to starting at HB, Charles spent four years working with Wells Fargo Bank as a Licensed Business Banker/Senior Banker and two years with Wells Fargo Private Bank as a Private Banking Client Associate, assisting high net worth clients with their banking. Prior to that, he attended the College of Staten Island New York.

Some of his hobbies include reading/watching science fiction, bowling, trying new foods, and gaming.

Connor Carlis, CPA, CFP®

Connor joined Homrich Berg in November of 2020 after spending four years with Ernst & Young in Atlanta. He is currently a Senior Associate with the firm and is responsible for developing comprehensive financial and investment strategies to help client families navigate their financial decisions.

Connor earned his Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics with a concentration in Accounting from Auburn University and went on to receive his Master’s degree in Accounting from Wake Forest University. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner. Connor is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), which has helped when navigating the tax complexities facing clients.

In his spare time, Connor enjoys traveling, supporting his favorite sports teams, and spending time with family and friends.

Courtney Christy

Courtney joined Homrich Berg in September 2019 and is currently a Manager within Client Service Operations. Prior to joining Homrich Berg, Courtney worked at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty as a Finance Associate and Closing Supervisor for over three years. She graduated with a B.A. in Human Resource Management from AIU in 2013. She works with the client service teams to assist with money movement, account paperwork, and meeting preparations.

Courtney lives in Hoschton with her husband (Blake), their son, and two dogs. In her spare time, Courtney enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and being outdoors.

Kerry Gordon

Kerry Gordon joined Homrich Berg in December 2019. With an exceptional combination of organizational and people skills, she works closely with other members of the Homrich Berg management team to direct, manage and oversee firm level projects that impact firm success, team performance and client experience.

Kerry has over 15 years in the financial services industry. Prior to HB she worked with Cedar Rowe Partners as the firm’s operations manager, was a Regional Marketing Director at Northern Trust Bank, as well as a Client Associate at American Express.

Kerry is a graduate of Florida State University. She is an avid sports fan, especially football, formula one and tennis.

Ryan Hawks

Ryan joined Homrich Berg in June 2023 as the Business Intelligence Manager. He is responsible for overseeing data infrastructure solutions, automated data visualizations, and reporting process improvements across the firm.

Prior to joining HB, Ryan worked for over seven years at Delta Air Lines supporting and leading a variety of analytics and business development projects, with the goal of achieving alignment across operational processes, customer experiences, and commercial goals.

He received his MBA from Emory University, and his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech.

Ryan and his wife live in Smyrna, with their dog and two cats. They lead a small group at their church and keep busy spending time with friends and family. He also enjoys traveling, running, home DIY projects, disc golf, and pickleball in his spare time.
