Mike joined Homrich Berg in 2009 and serves as a Director. In addition to developing client relationships, Mike serves as a member of the firm’s Investment Committee, focusing on tactical allocations and guiding investments in Master Limited Partnerships, Specialty Finance, and Hedged Equity sectors.

Prior to HB, Mike had an eight-year career with Goldman Sachs, where he most recently served as a Vice President for the Atlanta Private Wealth Management Office. While at Goldman Sachs, Mike directed client relationships for individuals, families, foundations and trusts throughout the Southeast specializing in executive compensation, post-transaction planning, wealth transfer strategies, and portfolio management for an asset base in excess of $1.6 billion.

Mike graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology as a scholarship athlete in baseball with an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering. In 2001 he received his M.B.A. from the Owen School of Management at Vanderbilt University where he graduated as a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma business honor society.

An active member of the community, Mike serves on the Board of Directors for the Technology Association of Georgia Finance Society and is the Finance Director of the Alpharetta Youth Softball Association. Previously, Mike has served in leadership positions and actively supports local charitable organizations Tee it up Fore Kids, CURE Childhood Cancer, and Canine Assistants.

Mike lives in Jupiter, FL with his wife.
