Madeline Johnson

Business Process Manager

Madeline joined Homrich Berg in February 2018. She worked with HB’s Family Office teams as a Client Care Coordinator and Senior Client Care Coordinator. She then transitioned into the Business Process Manager role in May 2021. Madeline’s projects focus on driving process improvements for our growing firm through data integrity, technology implementation, and automation. Madeline serves as our CRM administrator and is a member of HB’s IDEA (Innovation, Development, and Automation) Team.

Madeline lives in Atlanta’s Reynoldstown neighborhood with her partner, Abby, and their dog, Banks. She graduated from Georgia College & State University with a B.A. in English Literature, and is a founding member of Georgia College’s LGBTQ+ Alumni Council.
