Laura joined HB Wealth in January 2025 as a Principal after working with WMS Partners. As the Chief People Officer, she leads the firm’s talent and culture strategy, with a focus on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while fostering a high-performing and inclusive workplace. Laura is a member of the Management Committee and partners closely with leadership to align people initiatives with business objectives, strengthen employee engagement, and build organizational capabilities for long-term success.

Laura brings extensive leadership experience across operations, talent development, and organizational strategy, building high-performing teams and driving business growth. She has held senior executive roles at leading financial institutions, including WMS Partners and PNC, where she led firmwide operations, talent initiatives, risk management, and strategic transformation efforts. Her background combines deep expertise in operational excellence, regulatory compliance, culture-building, and leadership development, all anchored by a passion for creating thriving, people-centered organizations.

Outside of work, Laura volunteers with her church, supporting community outreach and engagement initiatives.

Laura earned her Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies from Villa Julie College (now Stevenson University) and went on to receive her MBA with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Loyola University Maryland’s Sellinger School of Business and Management.

In her spare time, Laura enjoys spending time with friends and family — including her husband, son, daughter, and son-in-law — as well as cooking, reading, and traveling.
