Homrich Berg Crosses $5 Billion AUM Mark And Adds Cobb County Office Via Merger With Compass Financial Consulting

ATLANTA – 1/02/2018 – Homrich Berg is pleased to announce that Compass Financial Consulting has joined Homrich Berg, giving HB a Cobb County office location and an addition of talent and clients. Under the terms of the agreement, three new principals (Kevin Kraus, John Bochniak, and Tana Gildea) and two client service professionals will join Homrich Berg.

This event is part of the continuing growth story at HB, which will now have twenty-one principals and four offices in metro Atlanta.  Recent firm growth has resulted in Homrich Berg now managing assets of over $5 billion for clients in 40 states. HB continues to build a regional presence, with the scale and expertise of a large firm combined with the high touch client service of a boutique firm.
